Refund Policy

At Brainfield Sports, we understand that schedules change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled event or session start date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than one (1) week before the event or session are not eligible for a refund, but a credit will be issued for use toward any future Brainfield Sports program.

Program Credits

  • Credits may be used toward any future Brainfield Sports program or training session.

  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance, unless otherwise stated.

Missed Sessions & No-Shows

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Program Cancellations by Brainfield Sports

If Brainfield Sports cancels a session or event, participants will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future program
